Mowing Season – Our mowing season typically runs from late April or early May through late October. We will visit your property each week on your designated service day to keep your lawn in top shape. If your scheduled service falls on a holiday or is delayed due to inclement weather, we will automatically reschedule to the next available day.
*Skipping a Week – If, during our weekly visit, we determine that your grass hasn’t grown enough to warrant mowing, we’ll skip that week at no charge. However, if you request to skip a week while the grass is actively growing, and this results in excess growth, an additional charge may apply the following week to restore it to a manageable height.
Preparing Your Yard – To ensure efficient service, please clear your yard of debris, toys, and pet waste by 7 AM on your service day. For safety reasons, we are unable to move large objects such as lawn furniture and trampolines.
Payment & Billing – Invoices are sent around the first of each month, with payment due by the 7th. We offer convenient payment options, including Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Cash, and Credit/Debit. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of service.
First-Time Service Considerations – If your grass is over 6 inches tall at the time of your first service, an additional fee may apply to bring it back to a manageable height.
